Strengthen from the center out in this focused Pilates-inspired session designed to tone your core and sculpt your glutes. Over 55 minutes, you’ll move through intentional, low-impact sequences that activate deep abdominal muscles, lift and shape the glutes, and improve overall stability and posture.

Arms & Abs
This 55 -min mat pilates class is designed to target biceps, triceps, shoulders and core muscles.
The exercises in this class will strengthen the entire upper body. You will find a variety of exercises using your own bodyweight or including equipment like lightweight dumbbells, a pilates ball or resistance bands. Get ready to sculpt your arms and build a strong core.
This class is not pre-and postnatal friendly.
